Dale and Teri Frymyer’s love for real estate started in May of 1999 while looking for a waterfront home at Indian Lake. It was during the house hunt that they decided they wanted to sell real estate in their spare time. “We had spent a lot of time at Indian lake as kids and we knew we would love Logan County,” said Teri. “We were living in Atlanta but were anxious to get back to family in the Lima area. Dale was hired at Honda and Logan County seemed to be the half-way point.” Karen Frymyer, Dale’s mom, had been in real estate for many years and joined in on the dream to start a real estate company. Karen and Teri are both licensed brokers and Dale is a licensed agent. Choice Properties provides a variety of services including residential and commercial real estate services, free notary services and free faxing services. |
