​Ben Vollrath assumed the role of President of the Logan County Chamber of Commerce in August of 2018 with the task of advancing the economic development efforts of the community.  Ben earned his Bachelor's degree from Wheaton College in Chicago Illinois and his MBA from Capital University in Columbus.  In 2018, he received his designation as a Certified Economic Developer by the International Economic Development Council.  A native of Marysville, Ben, his wife Jacey and their 3 kids are now proud Bellefontaine residents.

Lydia Hess joined the Logan County Chamber of Commerce as Director in November 2018. She is responsible for engagement and initiatives on behalf of the Chamber's 500+ member businesses, including networking opportunities, member benefits coordination, and Chamber events. Lydia grew up on her family's farm outside DeGraff and graduated from Graham High School before obtaining her degree in Economics from The Ohio State University. Before joining the Logan County Chamber, Lydia spent time working for L Brands in Columbus and helped spearhead the effort to revitalize Urbana's Gloria Theatre as Administrator of the GrandWorks Foundation. She lives a few blocks from downtown Urbana with her husband Charlie and daughter Dagny, who attends West Liberty-Salem as a preschooler.

Born and raised in Washington State, Jamison relocated to Logan County in 2019. Jamison comes to the Visitors Bureau from digital marketing and media and has a background in operations management. After living and working in both the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West, Jamison is passionate about the hidden gems and incredible potential that Logan County has to offer. Jamison, his wife Angela, two daughters, and two dogs call Bellefontaine home.

Amanda Ramsey joined the Chamber as Project Manager in October of 2021. She is a Benjamin Logan grad and has a Bachelor’s degree in Child & Adolescent Psychology from Heidelberg University. Amanda comes to the Chamber with 12 years of Customer Service experience and supports a variety of initiatives including social media management, production of The Chat (the Chamber’s monthly newsletter), processing Chamber Choice checks, and assisting with economic development. Natives of Logan County, Amanda and her husband Jason reside in the Zanesfield area with their 2 sons, Ezra and Maverick. Their family enjoys camping trips (locally at the Back 40 & Indian Lake State Park) and attending Christian concerts.

Originally from Michigan, Olivia Covey joined the Downtown Bellefontaine Partnership as Event Coordinator with a passion for creating fun, memorable experiences that bring people together. She loves working alongside the small business owners who make downtown Bellefontaine vibrant and is always dreaming up new ways to make events welcoming, engaging, and just a little extra special. Olivia brings creativity, organization, and a people‑first mindset to every project she takes on. Outside of DBP, she enjoys watching documentaries, discovering new food spots around the area, and spending quality time with her family and their cat.
