​Ben Vollrath assumed the role of President of the Logan County Chamber of Commerce in August of 2018 with the task of advancing the economic development efforts of the community.  Ben earned his Bachelor's degree from Wheaton College in Chicago Illinois and his MBA from Capital University in Columbus.  In 2018, he received his designation as a Certified Economic Developer by the International Economic Development Council.  A native of Marysville, Ben, his wife Jacey and their 3 kids are now proud Bellefontaine residents.

Lydia Hess joined the Logan County Chamber as Director in November of 2018. A current resident of Urbana, Lydia grew up on her family's farm outside DeGraff. She is a graduate of Graham High School in St. Paris and The Ohio State University. Lydia previously spent time working for the GrandWorks Foundation, the organization spearheading the renovation of Urbana's historic Gloria Theatre, as well as the Champaign County Chamber. She lives a few blocks from downtown Urbana with her husband Charlie, daughter Dagny, and dog Murphy.

​Anna Louden assumed the role of Visitors Bureau Director in June of 2022. Raised in Logan County, Anna graduated from West Liberty-Salem High School and recently graduated from Kent State University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and Public Relations. She has enjoyed seeing the county grow and is excited to be the one that gets to talk about how great Logan County really is. Anna enjoys spending time at all of the coffee shops and taking her dog, Aendee for walks throughout the community.

Amanda Ramsey joined the Chamber as Project Manager in October of 2021. She is a Benjamin Logan grad and has a Bachelor’s degree in Child & Adolescent Psychology from Heidelberg University. Amanda comes to the Chamber with 12 years of Customer Service experience and is excited to be a part of the much needed PeakFiber deployment in Bellefontaine. Natives of Logan County, Amanda and her husband, Jason reside outside of Bellefontaine with their 2 sons, Ezra and Maverick. Their family enjoys camping trips and attending Christian concerts.

Rick Gildow is retired from The Ohio State University as Director Transportation Research Center and President Transportation Research Center Inc. (TRC). During a 36 plus year career at TRC he held various management positions with the last 21 years as President. He received an undergraduate Bachelor of Business Administration degree from University of Findlay and a graduate Master of Business Administration degree from The Ohio State University. He served 18 years as a councilman for the City of Bellefontaine. He currently serves on Board of Directors of the Mary Rutan Health Association, the Board of Directors of Mary Rutan Health, is the Chair for The Greater Logan County Community Improvement Corporation and Chair of the Bellefontaine-Logan County Finance and Development Authority. He takes the lead for the Chamber team in responding to site selection requests for information

Maddie Stotler, a proud Logan County native, grew up in DeGraff and attended Riverside Local Schools. She earned her degree in Event Planning from Sinclair Community College and has a background working with Marriott properties in Columbus in banquet and sales roles. Most recently, she was the Corporate Event Coordinator at Retreat 21. Maddie and her husband, Alonzo, moved back to the area earlier this year, and she’s thrilled to contribute to the community she loves by creating exciting and memorable events. In her free time, she enjoys reading, often accompanied by her three cats.
